If you have an account please use your online tutor. Check also all the sample problems presented at the beginning of each lesson. Now, you can start homework!

Week 6 (of 10/04):

1.Review expressions (numerical and variable expressions)

A. Numerical expressions (know your PEMDAS)

B. Variable expressions (Know your "like terms")

2. Describe an algebraic expression; use words such as: like terms, unlike terms, constants and coefficients.

3. Review single-step and multi-step equations (we need to show work for each equation!)

4. Always on our review list:  fractions! 

Homework: please show work and steps for each problem!

Mo: Lesson 5.1  (problems 1-19) + 20 EC Expressions.

Tu: Lesson 5.2 (problems 1-20) Simplify expressions and distributive property.

W: Lesson 5.3 (problems 1-20) + (24-29) EC Single step equations.

Th: Lesson 5.4 (problems 1-21) Single step equations.

F:  make-up test day (equations or expressions)
